Re: Bandit Front Wheel Required
Have been running the 023s since I bought the bike 2 years ago with no complaints. These T30s are virtually the same price and according to reviews are a massive step up, seems a no-brainer to megoatpants wrote: T30 eh?

Re: Bandit Front Wheel Required
Picked up a new front wheel rather cheap on fleabay, aswell as the new Bridgestone T30 tyre to try out. Will get fitter to have a look at old tyre for damage, not hopeful though! Only had a couple thousand left on it anyway. Both should come Monday but am now going away with my girlfriend mon-fri so...

Bandit Front Wheel Required
So then, my trip to Scotland started well! Only 10 miles from home whilst overtaking a lorry a rather large stone or similar was flicked into my path with no time to react. Very large thud at 55mph! X( Just managed to keep control of the bike and limp to the layby half mile up the road. No more trip...

Re: pilot screw adjustment
I misread graph, 10:1 was the line from a Dyno test a few months ago before I started fiddling. Currently running 12:1 throughout, main jet size was discussed but he said dropping needles should do the job - I adjusted all that he suggested earlier on (the 1/4 turn anti-clockwise included) and it we...

Re: pilot screw adjustment
Thing to remember with pilot screws is to take note where they are - as a rule of thumb, if closer to the motor then turning them out richens the motor (they let fuel through) if they're closer to the air box then unscrewing them weakens the mixture as they are air bleed jets. If fiddling with thes...

Hello and welcome
Good choice of bike, on a Bandit 6 myself. I'm up in Wincanton but tend to come down to Dorch a lot with biker buddies, see you around
