If your playing with the Turbo cider and not being very serious about it. Just use something that can hold 4 litres of fluid and cover top tightly with something like a plastic sheet.
You don't really want any bad air gettin into the fluid and giving it a bug of some sort that will make it go off. But it will need to be able to let off some steam if all gets too much inside.
Steralize useing steralizing tablets or boiling water if all else fails.
Look at the pic that Mondy has posted and you will see an airlock on top which is half filled with water. This lets air out but not in.
Don't go worrying too much with the cider as it won't be fermenting too
long.
