Right guys - Update.

I'm 80-90% I know who it is, just about to ring the police and hand in his details. I've been tipped off by some local chavs I sweet talked, apartnly they knocked on somebodys house asking if they had a spare clutch lever the same night, and then they found mums bike. Little [Censored] scrotes they are.
One is 15 one is 16, the 15 year old has already been tried in court for assault. I'm having none of it, he threatened me once when I was about Exmouth and I had the back up of friends, told me just try it!
Just a coincidence I run into this [censored] again.
Any idea what we should do?
Appartnly my mothers clutch lever has been put on his little motorbike,
This little cock apartnly boasted to his chav friends about loosening my breaks, saying "that blue 125er is gonna be dead within a month". I cannot put into words how angry I am, if this guy walks past the house right now....

I'm just looking for photos (to send to forums & papers) and full name and address etc. Will keep you posted.
- Steve.

i have taken out some of the more pin pointed comments - billinom8s, just in case

Just be carefull mate,

At the end of the day it would be easier for the police to charge you for a revenge attack if caught, than for them to prove he did the damage to the bikes....

Previous experience on revenge

What a little front bottom. If someone touches my bike I would beat the crap out of them, not looking forward to taking the R6 to college.
As said choose what you do carefully, something thats hard to prove.
Sort of sad, the world has gotten to this stage of general front bottom heads who can't keep their hands off other peoples things.

Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the saddle.

THAT... IS genius.. Hide behind religion, like nost of them do  .. MOVING ON
No further updates as of yet, police haven't contacted us back about fingerprints and I'm doubting wether they ever will!
CCTV is up and running and auto records any movement and emails me a snapshot. Thus far I've only had little kids shooting toy guns at each other and the odd car pulling up and leaving again =P .. No suspicious behaviour and have not seen the bugger again.
Although the word is that the guy who stole it has [Censored] off up to Scotland!? :?
(I rekon he caught wind of this forum thread haha, or the fact my Dad was also ringing a few mates to call in favors...)
Ah well, Mothers just bought a new clutch lever & cable, hopefully to get in on the next ride.

If he's gone to Scotland, like you think, lets hope he tries something stupid ( as he's bound to from the sound of it) cos they don't bother about laws up there, I beleive they just coat the offender in batter and deep fry them  YUM YUM  !

Sorry maybe the Muslim bit was a bit cryptic....... we are constantly told we must be tolerant of them, so it occured to me that maybe we could adopt their practice of removing the hands of thieves, thus if we were caught doing it we would instantly avoid prosecution because we could play the " I'm a Muslim" get of jail free card
i'm fairly sure that you still get prosecuted for crimes irrespective of religion.
