yeah weve gone under offered and agreed to buy a new gaff but are really struggling to actually get a mortgage,the banks are using every excuse they can. even though we qualify for far more on their calculators theyre not prepared to lend what they quote. its so frustarting,once its sorted ( hopefully by next weekend ) we should be moved in by end of march. gives me april to get my banking all sorted out and ready for the trackday season
