You are of course welcome along to any Southwestbikers rideout, however your bike must be in good mechanical order (we don’t want anything falling off of it including you), taxed and have a current MOT. You must have a valid motorcycle licence and current motor insurance. You are in charge of your motorcycle at all times and SWB will not accept any responsibility for actions you take or any accidents you may have. Riders In The Sky 2013 in Glastonbury

Post by m99tyy »

Riders in the Sky is a charity organisation. We formed after our good friend/brother/son/father, Lee Baker was killed on his motorbike on 8th November 2010. Lee was a great charity worker and we wanted to do something to make sure his legacy lived on and Riders in the Sky was born. Our soul purpose is to raise money for the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance in memory of Lee. Too date we have raised just under £18000.

Our main event is going to be held at Tor Leisure in Glastonbury on the 19th May.There will be lots to do and see. So we hope you come and have a good time with us! The Ride out leaves at 1030 and the Family fun day Starts at 1230.

I'll be there this year, never managed to do it before as I've heard about the event with too short notice. Willing to go for a ride beforehand.

Aha, we've been wondering what that was. Last Sunday we were watching tons & tons of bikes on the A371. A very good sight :)):
