Well, this is actually happening this year... about 9 months. YIPPEE!!!! Really looking forward to it. I'll check my list and let those concerned know what's owed etc.
Remember to sort Passports, EHIC health cards, Euro cover and of course make sure you're insured to ride abroad.
Bring it on!!!!!

Bing-Bong !!! Has anyone seen or heard of Nick lately

Just thinking we are now in the "window" for sorting ferry tickets, etc., - was a crossing route decided? I'd be happy with Plymouth, Weymouth or Poole, but would prefer to avoid Portsmouth if possible (its a horrid journey home if the weather isn't nice....)

I got a text from him the other day, in response to a shitty one from me.

He said something about not riding his bike anymore as his permission slip doesn't cover it :-( I guess the trip is still on, I don't know if he is allowed to go though.

These people that join the site, annoy us with exciting talk of adventure, turn up to a couple of rides and then bugger off as soon as they get a sniff of ladylove.

They make me laugh in a tut tut tut kind of a way.

Thanks Nick :)

What's the score with the ferry then - have you booked everyone on, and there'll be a balance to pay at some point (if so when?) or do we need to book ourselves on individually .......

Mmmm, decisions, decisions ........ chatting with Mr Wilson today over a coffee and a cake :ymblushing: :p ..... the weekend before this trip is the classic Bol d'Or at Magny Cours (13-15 Sept) and the weekend we're there (21-22 Sept) is the 24hr WEC round at Le Mans ......... possible trip extension, or day trip whilst there ..... :D

Sounds like there could be a plan hatching here for at least a day trip out for those who'd want to... me at least...
