New in Bristol

Post by Bristol2T »

Hi! I just came across this forum, good for me i hope!. Just picked up my first decent bike, '06 RS125 FP. Ride pretty much every weekend somewhere, either down to weston or over into monmouth. I think i saw some of you guys today in Weston, definatly saw an Apache, and someone here mentioned they have one! Anyway, tend to ride alone, have one friend i ride with occasionaly, but the more the merrier. Some of you may have seen or smelt me recently in Bristol, nothing lie a 2T in the early morning to wake you up!
Well up for weekend rides, in the dry anyway!

My first car was a 3 cyl 2T...made some lovely smells and noises.
Have you noticed that anyone going slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster is a maniac ?

Wartburg (GDR) 3 coils, 3 sets of points, service interval 25,000 miles.
Poor brakes, poor steering but brilliant fun, cheap and lots of extras.

My son had the opposite problem when he had a rs50
Fuel light stayed on all the time
think its quite a common problem
