B & B wanted July 2016 Newquay and Looe

We are planning a trip to Cornwall 8-10 July , and am looking for B&B for approx 25 people 8th around Newquay, 9th around Looe - with parking for 17 ish bikes anyone on here got suggestions ?

Do you need to be in those two resorts or is it walking distance or just close to them?

I would consider booking one central B + B, as most places in Cornwall can be reached within 30 mins of each other. I will ask my mates around the Newquay area if they can recommend anywhere, but I would seriously consider avoiding Newquay if possible, its mostly avoided by everyone in Cornwall ;) .

go to Crantock, it's next to Newquay but will seem a million miles from it.

you might struggle to get a B+B that will cater for 25 people too, holiday chalets or dorm style accommodation might be a better way to go.

What are your travel/ day plans that might give me a better chance to find something suitable for you?
