Biker Down

Post by Jak »

Report on Gemini FM - near Westhill, Ottery St. Mary, think they said B3180.

Happened about 8.15am, bike collided with a car - rider seriously injured :(

Hope he's ok  thoughts and best wishes to his family and friends of course

Just hope it's none of us

:( one of my little "5 minutes blow the cobwebs out" rides ......

Very sad. lots on nasty junctions / unsighted bends on that little stretch. RIP fellow biker.

Just read on teletext that the van driver's been arrested. still doesn't make up for actions though, does it??? As they used to say at the start of Hill Street Blues; 'Let's be careful out there'.
