Choice of Brakes

Post by Dave »

As many of you know the standard brakes on a Gixxer aren't that special. :(

Has anyone got any info on what are good for these bikes, I'd also like to go for Goodridge hoses (In Blue) .

:?: Ideas people :?:

be carful when changing your pads, some pads are not compatable with standars discs and can wreck them. as i found out with my rear pads on my blade.1000 miles and the pads and discs were knackered.

Dave,
have you thought about HEL instead of Goodridge ?

They are based in Exeter and some of the guys on the SV site have used them and got discounts just by mentioning the site.

Worth a try and no P&P charge to pay :P
