I was gutted when I heard what happened and its a real shame I didn't get to meet him today, as by the sounds of things he's a top bloke. Thanks to the rest of the guys for carrying on to west bay to meet us. It must have been a pretty nasty thing to see and totally understand why you didn't want to carry on to weymouth. Get well soon sniffy hopefully meet you on another ride out in the near future

I've been keeping the nurse lady upto date (might see if I can borrow her uniform...for me or the missus though..) wil text her to try and get some details. I'm waiting for sniffy's missus to contact me on how the surgery went but from what kel and I were told he's having:
Left arm pinned (it's broken in two places)
Left leg pinned (nice clean break though)
Wisdom tooth removed to place metal in his jaw (a bit of peace for a while)
And hip sorted out (but definately not as bad as could have been)
The skin was not punctured due to any of the breaks which is good, so he's all still there!
At the scene Steve was talking and not too bad orientation etc wise, just a bit of concussion causing a blank on the situation and a little beforehand which will probably stick with him for a couple days.
Sniffy is in Derbin Ward of Exeter hospital in case anyone wants to see him.
He had a BBQ to go to tonight apparently...some people will do anything to get out of a family gathering...
