OK for a start I have had a last minute reprieve, several of my older siblings have clubbed together to lend me the £650 so the bike can stay.

However it'll be off the road for about a month til I have the cash to get the chain/sprockets done and get it MoT'd.

The rent is £325 per month each which is fairly standard for a well kitted out place in Falmouth (not exeter itself, they have a campus down here in cornwall). It's less than the halls on campus which work out to £345 a month because they are a very very high standard.

Cheers for all your help and advice, think I'm gonna be ok from here on in. Will have £400 tax from my year-out and my £300 deposit from halls coming back to me within a month so will be relatively minted.
The dumber people think you are, the more surprised they'll be when you kill them.

Behind every happy face is a life of pain...

I'm sorry, they are really taking the pee ...... 2.5 grand a month for a house in Falmouth

Over a 4yr uni course they'll gross £125k - your buddies parents aren't any friends of yours matey boy, but you're funding their retirement quite nicely ......
Of all the things I have ever lost, I miss my mind the most .....

Handle stressful situations like a dog - If you can't eat it or play with it, pee on it and walk away
