they ask where you want the tyre fitted and let you know when its on its way free of charge
also advise not to go above 70mph as a safety warning

Not got hold of them yet. Getting home late i can't get through and don't get free 0800 calls on mobby so not talking for an hour to them on it. Will be cheaper to buy a new tyre.
Been to a garage and they said call them as unsure exactly what they are doing yet.
Apparently people are getting vibration from the front end to. Had this wheel balanced twice now with this tyre on trying to get rid of a vibe.

Only over a ton though
Now i know why

Ask if you can use your works phone at lunch time. Sure they won't mind if it's free phone.

On the road all day so a bit difficult. Got home at 630 to night and still no use. Well this time they said unable to connect you. Then phone was stuck on thier line for over half hour. Couldn't do anything with phone. Gave me some peace for half hour from the sales men
But now confused about numbers. Mike in your theroy 2704 would mean 27th month of 2004
My 0206 doesn't fit their criterier but i will try anyhow at some point

That's what I thought Moosey ment.
I recon it's if your number is one of those numbers or falls between them. They haven't exactly been obvoius have they? French

I think it's week and year, i.e. 2706 would be 27th week of 06

That makes sense. Mine 2CT is 1006 so that would be 10th week in 2006.
Better phone them tommorow me thinks

My tyre number is 2206, I called Michelin, they took my details and where I got it fitted. They said they would send a replacement and I would get a call when it arrived to have it fitted, no cost.
Will keep you posted.
