some good photos there jay.
speedy you just search by persons name and click the add friend option, you can then search through the view friends option to find people you know and vice versa we can do it you. im not sure if a fan of it yet or if its just a way to waste a hour or two.

i thought it was a bunch of arse - just a list of names. People trying to get a bigger list of friends then everyone else?
Maybe I missed the point of it. Friday night sharing a pint with real people always seemed more fun?

yeah your probably right to a degree jan, it is a timewaster but its a good way to keep in touch with people you dont always see or talk too.

I only have people on it I know and because alot of us are spread over the UK after uni etc it's a good way to organise things.

i don't really get all this facebook/myspace friends reunited! half the people i went to school with were t##ts and i wouldn't want to meet them now anyway.maybe it's just me but i prefer to speak to people down the pub face to face

I prefer 'real' people meself!
Mind you, whats the difference to being on here?

no difference apart from its our real names instead of nicknames to hide behind, at least the people on facebook are your genuine friends

Sorry, that came across a bit rude. What I meant was, I prefer to meet up with people I know and I'm quite lucky that most folks I wanna keep in touch with are pretty local.
The whole Facebook thing is very interesting though, and admittedly I don't know enough about it. I guess what I was trying to say was I have no negatives about FB but as a community, here seems to work very well from what I've seen! Forums are a good place to 'community' with like minded, FB to keep in touch with those you already know?
Cheers
