Many thanks for all of your replies! It's a long story about the "Kipling " nickname, but lets just say that my hubby first called me a "fruit pie" as a term of endearment! As time progressed he changed it to Kipling!!
I would love to go on a ride out with you guys, weather permitting of course. The only trouble is is that I have to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday, not unless I take a sickie lol!!!!

I work on Sundays, but we did go down a couple of months ago during the week. I had to get my hubby to park the bike cos there was loads of people watching lol. I haven't been riding it long and need laods of practice!!!

you will have to try and get down for the 'friendly ride' in november. failing that there are a group of the 'ladies' (real ones, not the pretenders) who are setting up a ladies own section.
i have an idea they will be organising ladies only rides etc. these will be for all abilities from beginner upwards and if the last ride they did is anything to go by, it will include stopping for clothes shopping

That sounds like fun to me......... Count me in, but I don't ride too fast ok, but I'm gaining confidence all the time.

You can't possibly ride any slower than me so you will be fine! If you could make the friendly ride that'd be great, otherwise, I think we were planning another girly ride out for the first weekend in October. I'll double check - there'll be a post up about it if we do organise one, so keep a look out! (You'll just have to throw a sickie!)
