CAN YOU HELP - RE JON'S ACCIDENT - PLEASE HELP

Just out of interest what happening with this cash? I only ask as on aother thread it was made very clear that Jons family will not be letting him on a bike again - in light of this I wondered if the plan to get him another jacket had been changed (perhaps a contribution towards drivng lessons woud be more helpful!!)

nah his dad said was a nice jesture, but he wasnt sure if it was a good idea. he would like for jon to like wake up and then if jon wants another jacket he would appreciate it. just he dont wanna get a jacket then jon wakes up and it like scares him or makes him upset. cus dont forget his bike was west not just his jacket. so he might get upset.

Jons a fighter, both of my parents have had bike accidents, my was told he would never walk again, let alone ride a bike. my dads 50 now and hes still ridein. wot the doctors say aint always 100% correct!
hopefully il see jon on friday so if hes awake il let him know roughly how many ppl have written in here!

i think it would be a better idea if jon was given the money, so he can decide hat he wants to do. i doubt his parents will let him get another bike! and i agree that it mite make him upset or scared!
