I have been reminded that my Mrs has tickets for the whole family to see Robbie Williams and Olly Murrs at the O2 as a Birthday treat for my daughter - so sadly (and under protest!) it looks like I am a 'no' as well

Don't care who you are, how much you have, how powerful you are. You still sit on the toilet with your pants around your ankles. Yep, it's a level playing field..

**UPDATE**

Spoke to the landlord at The Halfway House Inn tonight regarding our booking - he's more than happy to have our group along that weekend!

He is going to reserve the adjoining cottages Coach + Mural for the time being, though to be fair if no other guys want to come along, he may use just one cottage for four, and then a twin room for two more so you arent cramped (local 40's Steam Rally also happening that weekend and trying to maximise the room allocation which I cant blame him! should be a great atmosphere though, I think we should take 40's style moustaches hahaha! :)): )

EACH OF YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN BOOKING - as such a deposit of £50 is required BEFORE 1st April!! [Peter is quite happy for you to phone with card details, and payment to be taken on 1st April] Please call him at the Pub - Peter Williams 01746 762670 and say you are with SOUTHWESTBIKERS!! I've already made my reservation

Of course, there is still chance for anyone else who wants to come along to also put their name down - you're more than welcome! So far the YES list is:-

Podrick
Kawasakiracer
rsv_man
Dan90210
Doddy
Red5

Can each of you please post on here once you've been in contact with the pub, just so I know who's sorted? fank yoo x

I know it's still early in the year, there's snow on the ground dammit! But the spring will soon come around :ymhug:

Excellent leg work Smiler. Well done, and thank you.

I'll need to wait for my next payments to clear and I'll pay up. It'll be way earlier than April.

Conna wait.

Tis no bother! :D

Here is Peters email from this morning..

"Hi Sheila,

Thanks very much for your booking. I will process the deposit on Monday the 25th of March.

I have reserved Coach Cottage which has 5 single beds & two shower rooms, Rooms 25 (double) and Room 26 (twin or triple) and I will hold on to Mural Cottage until we find out exact numbers and the make-up of other parties.

Your friends can ring me with their card details ASAP but I won’t process their deposits until the 25th of March. Please tell them about the 40’s weekend on the Severn Valley Railway http://www.svr.co.uk/SpecialEvents.aspx ... gyourvisit" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;"

All you need do now is phone the pub! Sorted! :)):
