Greetings to all of the guys and girls coming to Wales next weekend.

I've now had the menu choice from the hotel and Keith, the owner, needs everybody's choice by Wednesday at the latest, so he can order enough of the right food!

Probably best/easiest to let me know direct, either reply to this thread or PM me, rather than contact him.

Starters choice :
Leek and potato soup
Smoked mackerel salad
Pork liver pate

Mains:
Beef Bourgignoigne - Welsh black beef cooked in red wine with tomato and mushrooms

Chicken and Stilton - Pan fried chicken breast with a cream and Stilton sauce

Glazed Salmon - Baked salmon fillet glazed with maple syrup

Dessert:

Sticky toffee pudding

Profiteroles and chocolate sauce

Llanelli Vanilla ice cream.

Coffee and mints are included as well.

I need food choices for partners as well, if you don't want to be eating Pot Noodle on Friday....
