After a fun packed and eventful time in Wales, it got me thinking and want to be more help and useful in case of incidents. I have signed up to a biker down course in Exeter. I think there are now only 5 places left. Saturday 27th August, follow the link to book your place if this is something you may want to do.

I would've done this to brush up on what I've learned in the past, but have a wedding gig in Weymouth that day.

So went on the course today and found it really useful.
It covered crash scene management, trauma first aid and how to ride safely and be seen.
Some of it was a real eye opener, especially the medical advice.
I thought it was so useful especially riding in groups as we do and also when on your own and looking for all the dangers out there.
I have put the crash cards in our helmets already, Simon may explain that and give out to who wants one.
You also get proper trauma first aid kits with shears.
Well worth doing and free.
