Hi all. i've fitted a set of viper end can's to my ZZR, but im finding that the fit from the can to the connecting pipe is a pretty poor fit, have any of you guys fitted vipers, did you have any probs with the fit, and do you have any ideas on how to improve the connection and seal the joins?
cheers

well the whole thing came as a complete order bud, i double checked the codes on the boxes and everything seams to tally, could it be anything to do with the hangers, i've noticed that there is a slight twist to them. so could this be putting a pull on the cans?

Put a bit of exaust putty on the joints, you should be able to get it at Halfords.

Dad fitted a pair to his Hayabusa, and they were a rubbish fit as well, blew the whole 2 weeks they were on there... he took them off and flogged them on Ebay.. (just happened that the same fitment as CBR600 and GSXR600). Brought a pair of Titanium Blueflame EVO's instead.
You could try the puty, I've used stuff on my ZXR, called Firegum... sets with the heat from the exhaust...
Good Luck
