North coast ride.. 10th or 11th DEC!!

Thinking of a ride out this weekend... 10/11th dec.. weather looks reasonable. I've no plans for sat or sun.. so flexi at the moment.

route will be Exeter, Tiverton Minehead, Porlock Lynmouth, see how it goes from there.

Roads will be very twisty all the way with something for everyones taste, BUT.. conditions are bound to be slippy, so it's not gonna be my normal GSXR fly-past... anyway I'm on the GS now, and anyone can keep up with one of those old tractors...

post up here of PM me if you're interested.. can meet Exeter, Honiton Cullompton...

This route is great for just about any bike... 125 and up.. although any more than 100BHP is gonna be a handfull if it's slippy... Tank range is possibly the only issue...

I'm lovin' it!!!

I might be out that way, ut can't organise anything as I have a lot to do. I am likely to do Taunton > Minehead > Lynmouth > Exford > Dulverton > Tiverton > Wellington if i decide to go that far!!

We are having lunch with friend in Lynmouth Sunday lunch time. So may be able to go up or down with the ride. Depends on the time etc.

If the weathers good its a great trip.

We did it this time last year as well and there were loads of bikes around.

Seems to be some interest.. Sunday being the more popular choice at present...

So lets say Sunday...

Up to Lynmouth for lunch time..

(the Village inn does good food)... I'll have to see if they have grub on for sunday lunch...

Can meet Esso garage (I think ) Tiverton junction M5 south side....

10:45 departure should get up to Lynmouth with plenty of time for photos on the hill (like the one posted) and some grub.

These times will remain open to suggestions 'til around mid-day saturday so we can accomodate as many folk as possible.. I'll stick up a final post saturday evening confirming any changes...

Off topic, Great pic 8) I like it.

Would love to do the ride, but I cant, but would love to do it when its warmer, as I dont like riding for a laugh in the grease and horrible conditions when you do it everyday.....especially if I go down I dont get paid as I wont be able to get to work.....Ahhhhh. Bring on a second mode of transport 8)

Anyone got some hack going about? I blew my mothers ped up so that mode of transport has gone

Oh sorry....I went off on one then

Have fun on sunday guys and take it easy.
