They're doing Garden Parties this year for those born in the same year as the Queen - as it was Phil's birthday last week maybe that's why

Well, what can I say, meet Queenie and my mate Phil today, and what a day its been.

Got to London about 12.30 and had a wounder round the Guards Museum and the Guards Chapel, which brought the OLD memories flooding back from when I spent most of my youth in the Grenadier Guards, or at least 13 years of it

The temp today in London and this is no joke was 41C and it was a blistering heat

Went into the Palace at 2.30 and Lizzie and Phil turned up at about 4, when we all had tea, with a meet and greet.

My Mum & Dad came to (He is Ex Guards as well, same regiment, same Battalion, even bloody same Company) and it was nice to see them, as its been a long time since we last got together.

Bristol is still a $hit Hole as I remember it (Sorry guys and gals, but true).

Well been up now some 44 hours straight and going to dye in my pit.

Will post a few pics up tomorrow.

Night peeps
