Hey guys,

My front brake fluid resevoir seal moved an the brake fluid has been dripping out onto the top of the yoke an now the paint on the yoke has gone all bubbly and peeling off.
Does anyone have any ideas wat i can do, or how to paint it again? Ive never painted anythin on a bike rly so not sure what to do with it. Would be grateful for any help!!!!

Thanks :)

You will need to take it off the bike and either have it powder coated or resprayed. Anything else will look shoite!

Alternatively buy one of those fake carbon thingys and stick it on there. Quicker than repainting.

The only way to paint any painted alloy that has been taken back to bare metal is by applying a self etch primer available from any automotive car paint suppliers then applying a top coat of paint or by powder coating. Do it any other way and the paint will come off.
