hi everyone,
just after a bit of info, thinking of going on sunday, with some friends on the bikes, but have found that its £20 on the gate to get in!!!.
Does anyone know if its worth going for that amount,I know we should support local events but seems a bit steep, if its going to be worth it ill go, but never been before so don't know!?
chris :D

the £20's for the full weekend with camping isnt it? i thought admission for the day was a fiver at the most. Its the first one they've held but looks like it'll be a good show though, proper bikes, not all this tacky plasticky stuff ;)

Yes - it's only £5 to get in for a day (10-5), £2.50 for kids.

Check out their website for all the info:-

When you texted me yesterday about this I thought you were referring to the NEC show - even though that isn't for another month

Will give it some thought but if I do go I will likely be going in the car with Lisa (she's a fan of 2 wheeled v-twin tractors) :)

So apart from Funky & Sophie it looks like most people are heading down on Sunday.

Weather forecast is pretty rubbish for both days though :(

How about we all meet up at lunchtime somewhere? say 12.30pm by the entrance to the main building? I would say meet at the bar but I'll have mini-me with me so probably can't go in there.

Speedy - you gonna pick up the bath panel while you're down here????

Did anyone else go today? After last night's thunderstorm and flooding I decided to give it a miss ... changed my mind when the sun came out ... then drove back home as the clouds opened again!!! Didn't look very busy.

I felt sooo sorry last night for the poor sods that camped

yup, was there from about midday and got caught in a few really heavy showers. From what i can gather a few of the stalls had got rained out and packed up and gone. there were quite a few people milling around though. A few really nice bikes and the usual big money billet barges that turn up at paignton. Impressive display from the two lads on the supercross bikes though

gave up on the idea of sneaking in saturday - didnt really fancy a walk along the railway line in the rain!!
