Had a phone call tonight from a chap I know who rents out units on an industrial estate near me and I have to pay him a visit on Tuesday morning to have a look at my new unit for the bike breaking business.

Its approx 150-200 foot long and 30-40 foot wide and 25 foot high.

If anyone can guess (except Ash) how much the rent is per month for a unit this size, I will give a prize, If no-one can guess exactly I will give the prize to the nearest price
