Would anyone be interested in a SWB trip into Europe sometime next spring or summer maybe incorporating a trackday whilst we are over there.
I have never organised anything like this before and am just trying to see at this stage what kind of interest it would generate.
Looking at some recent pictures that TLS Moose had posted i for one would like to go and experience the roads and scenary on the other side of the water however i would rather travel in numbers than on my own.
Hopefully someone who is a pretty experienced at 'Biking in Europe' will read this and think yep i am up for going and i know all the places we need to visit the way to get there.
If you could complete the poll then that would be a start and all comments positive or negative would be appreciated as i have said this is just an idea at the moment

My boss did this last year - group rode to the MotoGP in Italy and on the way back they stopped at the Nurburgring.
I think I will be interested in this is the MotoGP is involved as I am hoping to go abroad and watch it next year

I'll be up for this but not sure my VFR will be. A ride to a Moto GP race would be cool but I'd be too paranoid about my bike getting scrapped or nicked, especially if we went to Mugello. I feared for my life there. But it was worth it and now I've done it.
Track day would be ok but I'd prefer to van a bike over and thrash the ZXR until it bled.

We have a "little" history at Le Mans .......
Ask Layne about Dave N, tyres around the circuit, big Pat, and security guards.
Or Layne himself, needing the loo, some bush's a grass slope, motorway junctions, and car headlights in the dark/rain
Or me, the Mulsanne straight, My Duke, and running out of fuel
Or Me, Layne, His GPZ600 and going for beer
Or the effect of my Duke on the Germans noise contest
Or a barrel fire, a friend and an empty gaz canister
Or a camp-fire, a lorry tyre, and having to throw water on our tents to cool them down
Or the mad Germans, the old toilet block at Les Hunaudieres and a couple of large propane bottles

Its good to see that there is a fair bit of interest in this and i know that for most including myself then it is gonna depend on costs involved.
What it the gen opinion on MotoGP are we looking to go and watch it and if so where cause that is gonna determine the dates for the trip.
Also i know that a trackday was mentioned and i can look into this however i for one would like to ride the Nurburgring. Are we looking to do both?
Also has anyone got a clue as to what timescale would be involved to ride around Europe if we were to do Trackday in France, MotoGP in Italy and the Nurburgring. I know that i will struggle to get a pass for anything more than 7 days
