After the success of last years Spring Camping Weekend I'm doing it again next year.I'm trying to get the ball rolling early so maybe more people can make it!

So far I have two provisional dates:
Weekend of 22nd May
Weekend of 3rd June

As last year its arrive Friday evening, stay friday and Saturday nights then make your way home Sunday.

I'll organise a ride out for Saturday and try and properly arrange a barbie for Sat night. ( Hopefully no housing troubles next year so I won't be back and forth like this year ). As there is a round of Moto GP on either weekend may try and find a big screen Pub which is on every ones route home and we could do lunch and GP on the Sun?

Prices this year were £5 per tent per night, with a £5 deposit up front, i'll be confirming all those details once I get an idea of no.s.

If enough interest but no one can make the proposed dates its early enough that we can maybe get a date that suits all, but Silver stone Gp is on my next available June weekend so would like to try for the weekends I'v posted.

3rd of june is the same day as Llandow...

22nd of May would be best for me always have trials 1st 2 or 3 weeks in may ;)

Although I have made this a "sticky" for now, may I suggest this thread is used to refine the exact date, say up to christmas, then once that is agreed start a new thread with details of the exact weekend, ride-outs, etc., for people to sign up to and we'll make that the "sticky" rather than this?

Badger is this in Redruth then...?

Thats cool, I'm only trying to get an idea of who's interested and which date would be preferable, then if enough interest I can book and post a proper Thread with all details etc!

same camp site as earlier this year, on the North coast of West Cornwall, in between St. Agnes and Perranporth, yes kind of near Redruth equally near Truro for shopping . Does that sway you?

So far then 22nd of May is favourite, if weather this year was anything to go by May was pretty good and a bit earlier will mean less traffic on the roads.

Well this weekend looks good to me!

BUT

as I am a girl i think i might drive down with all my tent and bits and pieces and then come back and get the bike as i really dont think i could get everything on the bike

Nah dont think so ... bank holidays are normally 1st and last weekends in may

Nope definately not Bank Holiday, I deliberately chose not to do BH W/E due to the hideous traffic that goes with it!

Don't worry about it Beth, its what I did last one so I could set up a base camp, I will probably do the same again as I'v been offered a steel drum sized bar b que if we want it for saturday .
