Thanks for your sympathy

it is completely deadv the key-pad doesn't respond, and it can't get a signal.

I spoke to Dave about tomorrow, so thats not a prob - get Shaun to give me a shout if he wants a lift, as I'm driving

Well, the lady on the helpline had a good laugh at my expense, then said I have to send it back so they can assess whether it's a repair or replacement job

Bit of super glue and it'll be back to working condition
