Hi gang, I've just returned to biking after passing my test approx 10 years ago. I've owned my 06 ZX6R 636 for just over a week now and loving it. Met some nice people from the SW bikers forum at a bikesafe event last Sunday so here I am!

Would be interested to hear about any ride outs/meets happening in the Yeovil area when the weather gets a bit better!

Welcome to the forum, shame about the pants weather, but it does make us appreciate it when it is dry and sunny
Shame you didn't join before the weekend as there was a ride-out from Yeovil on Sunday (pics in the gallery courtesy of Smiler)
I'm sure it won't be long before the next one though..soon as the roads dry up
If you are heading out, even for an evening bimble...post it up in the forum (I'm only 20 mins from Yeovil, and there's plenty of other members up this way too).

Welcome to the site, I ride alot about Yeovil when I can, Frag is the man to speak to about rides but there are a few about. Lot's of member that way too, we tend to meet up for a laugh every now and then at the Pen Mill hotel when Frag and co say about it. Will have to meet up when I'm back on the road

Looking dry for the weekend, I'm gonna try and get some bike time in if you're interested?

Hi Leigh & welcome Yep shame you missed last Sundays ride, but hopefully there will be many more throgh the season. Worth keeping an eye on Dorset Bikers and Somerset Bikers Facebook pages as rides often get posted in there too. Also I'll try and organise a pub meet towards the end of the month (need to check the diary )

I'll do my best to turn up to pub meet, god I miss riding. bloody car drivers!
