I know there are a fair few trackday enthusiasts on here who know whats what when he comes to what to take.

There are however, a fair few on here that don't know and Llandow on June 7th is going to be there first trip into tracksville. Can you please help to create a list of things you MUST take to help those taking the plunge ?

To add to the list, please cut and paste it and then add your idea.

15, Chair - you're off the bike for 30 minutes out of every 45, give your legs a break
16, Suncream, sunnies and a hat - it has been known to be scorchio on the SWB days (2012 being somewhat exceptional to the rule)
17, Decent tyres and brakes, you'll need them
18, A calm outlook, don't get riled if someone passes you, don't try a "pass or bust" manoeuvre on anyone

how strict are LLandlow then as I don't have a pair of trousers that zip to my jacket and do I really need to dig out my paper license and anal beads

Very, full zip is the law. Both parts of license. Bead removal is optional.

when you say "full zip", mine is hip to hip 3/4 does that suffice??

yeah,

it doesn't count if it's just the small zip that runs across the back.

oh dear , sell my place then as I haven't got a jacket that joins my trousers , check list should be made at the start for people that are not of the know

Check list is all over the Site, every year there is a checklist up and it never gets taken down.

There is no one no the reserve list at the moment, if someone comes along they can buy it.

yea well must of missed it , gutted I cant make it , I am on the case to try get a set for Augusts date
