Not sure what's occuring. The original link worked fine when goatpants first loaded it. The link I put up for the same vid worked when signed in or not to youtube. Then it disappears this afternoon.
It was just a moronic car driver, who may have got his come-uppence, but that is not shown.

Probably another new law stopping people posting idiots on you tube so we can point and laugh at them, ' oh my civil rights have been infringed' blah, blah, blah
