I had a letter from the charity Jeremiahs Journey this week, they rae asking everyine to log on to the mega ride website and vote for them to be one of the Charities, for those that don't know about J J it's a great thing they do.
It was started by a lady called Sheila Cassidy, she wrote a story about a teddybear that lost a member of his family and it is about the journey he makes to fill the void of the loss.
This group is a child only group, It helps children deal with bereavement through a 6 week program, My son has been through the program when his brother dies in 2000 and he really did him wonders. It operates out of the mustard tree at derriford hospital. I didn't know how to talk to my son or listen to him but these people, all but 2 are volunteers helped him through the whole process,
have a look at their website and PLEASE PLEASE consider giving them your votes, this is a really great cause

thanks in anticipation

Lucky bar steward ! that's one as yet unfilfilled ambition ..... hopefully to be done in a year or two ...... cortina, stelvio, etc.,
Of all the things I have ever lost, I miss my mind the most .....
