If you want to follow the fortunes of Age, Jimbo and the rest of the Phase One crew, here's the link to the unofficial site following things:

http://www.race24.com/

The official site's in French, and even though I speak it pretty well it is hard going at times deciphering everything...

I see their running in 10th place at the mo, 1 min 22 sec's behind 1st place, and this is out of 52 or is it 56 entrants .

They must be using ages Nose as a speed ramp to get the bikes moving

Errr.... if you look on the right hand side of the info bar, just below where it says "24hrs" you will see a little english flag. Click that, and miraculously the text changes to english

Watching earlier while the sunset and sparks fly off the knee sliders. Wait until dusk when the mist and dew-extinguished BQ's hit the track 8) 24hr bliss...

Phase 1 3.6 secs behind Team Bolliger. They're lapping quick enough to be in the top 5! Richards is doing really well. Wish I was there :(

Just got home left our hotel at 9 am this morning and had the team people carrier sat at 110mph to make the ferry

We had a hard race after starting 7th we did not get off the line well because when the rider jumped on he hit the pit lane speed limiter switch so would not rev over 4000 rpm.

we worked our way back into the top 10 when we had a massive oil leak and Glen pushed it up pit lane and into the garage.

The belly pan was full of oil on inspection we found a rocker cover bolt had dissapeared so we cleaned the oil up fitted new bolt and sent it out with new tyres. things were ok for another rotor but then we had the bike come back in again because of oil leak again. this time a rocker cover bolt had sheared off, we fixed that and sent bike out again.

After a long meeting with mechanics and team boss it was decided at the next stop to bring bike in and replace all the bolts on saftey grounds. but this meant pulling the radiator forward to get at bolts. when the bike came in we all had our jobs to do, we kept the bike cool with a hose pipe and we had to be carefull that when we pulled the rad forward we did not pull to hard on the hoses as it's a high pressure system. work was carried out with no problems but down in 45th

After this the race went to plan with everything and everyone doing a realy impressive job.

We finnished 7th in super bike class and I think 8th over all.

We fitted 27 sets of tyres just in the race but used over 40 sets over the weekend.

We used around 630 liters (137 gallons) of fuel

We have alot of work to do next weekend as the next race is at Albacete in 2 weeks time.
