If anyone can remember the pics of Dave putting up his tent at the 1st Llandow well heres TAKE 2.

BUT COME SAT MORNING

Here he is again with his STEALTH as i nicknamed it

Ignore BOO she wasn't cold just trying not to get sunburnt, Honest :?

Image

And again with my ummmm, well yeah thing, in the back ground

Image

Glorious weather all day. Awesome fun.

Boo has loads of pics but nethier of us crashed  BOOOOOOO

Spotted a Duc 1098s in the fast group and one of those Duc HYPERMOTO things to  More money then sense me thinks

Loads of accidents that really "P"ed us off but a great day all round

Didn't take to it in the first couple sessions, but once i really knuckled down and read the markers that were there (didn realise they were there last year  )
the track just begins to flow and really felt alive by the end of the day.

Its amasing how you think you know the lines and try working with it but when you do really know them its sooo much more fun and easier.

Need to go again soon

Apparently they stopped the trackday on Friday as there was so much rain and standing water.

But Saturday it was glorious all day and we got sunburnt to.

I guess you will prob understand then most as you have done Pembrey few times but sections like Paddock bend where its so easy to turn to early (as its a double left) and get a poor exit. When you read the markers that are there and turn late you fly round it.

That was my fav over taking spot

Still not quite brave enough to do flat at the one before Honda though and mine is only a 600

Nearly though but forks still bent and had a terrible front end wobble that was unberrible at the end of every session.

yeah mate keep it pinned! always used to make my front end go nuts, as theres a little dip on the apex. best thing is to try and leave it as late as poss to turn in as you get loads of drive into honda.

Firstly your right about leaving it late as i am deffo alot faster round it then last year ( Funny as Dave and i commented on how it felt like you were going to hit your head on the post on the apex)

but the quicker drive into Honda is what scares me sh*tless but as i come out the other end i think what was all the worry about.

Strange but its really taught me to break the circuit down into sections and work on each one at a time. Sound like a idiot i know but it felt so much better then last year
