Wurth dry chain lube
Anyone know where I can buy Wurth dry chain lube from? Is there any outfit on the internet selling it?

Re: Wurth dry chain lube
I did once use it but don't now as I prefer using more 'wet' onces with PTFE for piece of mind, I never knew if the wurth was on or not let alone doing anything.
I think GSXRAge works for wurth.

i got some from (i think) greens in Newton Abbot a year or two back - thought it was crap though but maybe it was just the illusion of a "dry" chain. gone back to Mole Valley's big cans of agricultural chain lube now. proper job

That must have been years ago if it's the place I'm thinking of. Torbay m/c's bought them out & moved in a long time ago, about a decade I thinkchris_1127 wrote:i got some from (i think) greens in Newton Abbot a year or two back - thought it was crap though but maybe it was just the illusion of a "dry" chain. gone back to Mole Valley's big cans of agricultural chain lube now. proper job

I might have to give this dry stuff a go. I used PJ1 with it's 'no fling' guarantee, only to find my rear wheel caked in crap after just a few miles...

Re: Wurth dry chain lube
Age and Deej, have you any idea who sells the stuff over here in Wilts/Berks/Oxon area?
Cheers
Philh, I've used PJ1 for years and it's not bad at all - the secret, as with any lube I guess, is to spray it on when you've just finished a ride, then your chain is warm and it'll penetrate everywhere quickly and dry properly. The worst thing you can do is spray just before you ride, whatever you put on will fling off as it hasn't dried properly...
