Now i find it hard to make a top 5 but most likley yamaha would come top due to my seventies hooligan RD days
honda well they gave us the c50/70/90/CG125 so you say millions of em running around all over asia with very little maintenance ridden by people who most likely only know how to put fuel albeit bad quality fuel in the tanks the and the chinese now copy them, what about some of the race bikes honda made, the RC30 etc ? a certain Mr dunlop from ireland liked em enough to ride em to good purpose, Kawasaki early seventies the most exciting bikes of the era they had then 2 stroke triples in 250/350/500/750 sizes fitted with rubber frames as standard. accelerate like blazes down the straight brake like hell for the corner, slow by todays standards but bags of fun, Suzuki have always done things a bit different made some good bikes but build quality was never quite what it should have been much improved now, but never seems quite what they are cooked up to be, Aprilia bit of a lash but good bikes typical italian ok when looked after but they will never conquer asia like honda and dont hold ya breath for spares, Ducati i feel they are much raved about through style etc made some excellent bikes but rust well if they get wet, and seventies electrics well ducati did the first attempt at sorting this with getting Suzuki electrics on the Darmah . i could go on and bore ya too death about trumpets with oil running down the street , (Seen it in bude in the seventies), Harleys well they are something else best avoided , best way to convert petrol into noise without the disadvantage of horsepower, 95%of all harleys built are still on the road the other 5% made it home

If it aint a sports bike , than you lot aint interested . I belong on loads of other forums / clubs where everyone is welcome . Not a bunch of narrow minded idiots , so far up their own , and each others arses , its unreal .

So yeah , id like to say i enjoyed being on ere , but i quit . And yeah you can all start slagging me off now i aint gonna be on ere anymore , cos thats what you bunch of cowards do aint it .

So go f..k yourselves .......................

honda having the best build quality, these days is a myth, once it was true but those days are long gone, their bikes are no better or worse finished than any other jap bike, haven't been for a long time.

Ducatis aint the unreliable things they used to be...but stuff sticks which is great for honda because it means they still carry the build quality label but not so great for Ducati as there are always hordes of people (who have never actually owned one) ready to tell you about their dodgy electrics....
