Ive only just passed my test and for me to insure a CBR 400 it is about £300 and for me to insure DynaMight's ZX6R its about £700. So im getting the CBR 400 in february which i think is a great bike to learn on

buy a 400cc......get some experience.....first 4 stroke for you.....great handling,quick enough for the road.....
cheaper to insure....

600 can spit you off too easily with hardly any experience....abit more to insure.....early death if you get one now.......

altho a little bimble on the kwaka 600 wont hurt now and again

ye but the 600 will be 33kw for two years i no how quick they are so i am not going to go mad i like i have do on the 125

well mate you say it will stay 33bhp but again i can bet money you will take the washers out.....

I was riding the Kwaka 600 before DynaMight was riding it but that was only round a carpark i think its a bit to powerfull for me to ride on the road when i have no experience at all

i am not a nc kind of purson i more or less go for a rvf or a zxr400

have a soft spot for the kwaka's,such awesome bikes.....fit me perfectly....
and more than enough bhp for me to play with on the roads....

no did the 125 and there was a big power jump but with the 600 i am not going to do that.

600 are more power full but you get two bikes in one you get a 33kw bike, then after 2 years you get 100kw bike so it is complety diffrent

It sounds alright, It's not actually overpriced...But with older bikes I'd be more concerned with condition, milage and service history. You could pickup say a 1993 NC29 with less miles, in much better condition for quite a bit cheaper...

well said that man ^ , i've rode my restricted 600 since i passed my 125 test in Oct 03, can't say I've had any qualms about riding it.... roll on this October when 97 bhp will be mine, all mine mwahahahah
