How are YOU getting to Llandow ?

Post by billinom8s »

As there are only a few spaces left for our trackday this year i thought i would start a thread to make sure everyone can get there.

myself i have booked a van for 2 bikes and have already someone for the second place.

If you have a trailer/hired a trailer/own a van/want to hire a van put it up on here if you are looking for someone to share the cost. Alterternatively if you are looking for a lift up for you and your kit, put it on here. This way no one should be left behind.

Going from Somerton getting on the motorway at Bridgwater.

Will either use Primastar which will get another bike in or can hire a massive Crafter type van which at a guess could get at least four bikes and kit in as we get these really cheap from the local hire company in Yeovil.

More than happy to help either way.

Me and my friend dave have got hold of a 2 bike trailer but at the moment no car to pull it cos his ST24 doesnt have a tow hitch

If you see two guys pulling a bike trailer along the m5, give us a wave!

I've got an Astra Diesel Estate with tow bar in Exeter, and a friend Chris (who isn't going to Llandow) 35 miles away in Moreleigh (between Totnes n Kingsbridge) with a 2 bike trailer. I've also got a 3 man dome tent. So I'm happy to make my own way up the afternoon or evening before, but if anyone around Exeter wants to share, or has a trailer nearer than 35 miles away, I'm happy to double or even tripple up, if you can find a braked 3 bike trailer. I have a light board if the trailer doesn't. Apparently I can pull 600kg unbraked or 1100kg braked, if that helps.
Andy 075544 32993, Honda CB500S. (don't laugh it's faster than my old CG125 :-)) Dropped once, got crash bungs now. I don't suffer from 'insanity', I enjoy every minute of it!

I wouldn't mind a lift up if thats ok. No bike, just me. Payment is my amazing conversational skills 8) and maybe cheese and pickle sandwich.

Well I've got back seats unlike most vans, so it shouldn't be a problem if either you or Kelly needed a lift, although I don't want to come between you and Simon, perhaps you should work out your differences? Egg and cucumber please.
