Just new to the forum. Was wondering if anyone has any experience of buying bikes from 3 Cross Motorcycles near Ringwood (technically Dorset so in the SWBikers catchment I guess). I'm looking at a second-hand pan ST1300 they have online and if I decide to go for it will have to buy unseen as I'm living rather a long way away at present. Just don't want to get stung if it turns out to be a pup and they're a bunch o' charlotans!

3 X Motorcycles
Hi guys (and dolls?),
Just new to the forum. Any advice?

Re: 3 X Motorcycles
Three Cross have been around for a long time, that said you could buy a pup from pretty much anywhere...? Do the usual checks that anyone would recommend is all I would say, or get someone to go look at it for you..? (I wasnt offering btw!! lol!)
Good luck!

I bought my leathers off them donkey years back, were very good back then but I believe they have scaled things back somewhat these days.

That's really helpful, thanks. Still undecided what to do though! There's a similar bike at a dealer near me but with more miles, no ABS or electric screen and extra £50. I don't know anyone in the area who could check the 3X bike for me - I could ask my mum and dad but they would FREAK if they knew I was getting a bike and beyond seeing it had two wheels wouldn't know a pup if it bit 'em on the...
Thanks again for the help lads and lassie (- this is how they talk up here, north of the border, and I don't mean Wiltshire...).
