Hello All!

Post by DAATAdam »

Hi All! I live in Okehampton and work for Devon Air Ambulance Trust in the fundraising side.

I am hoping to convince a few of you to support our fantastic Ride Out from Heathcoat Cricket Club in Tiverton to The Den in Teignmouth. It takes place this year on Sunday 13th July with registration from 9:00am. Please check out our website for further details and registration. If you register before the day we will include a free T-shirt in the entry fee! At both ends there will be refreshments. In Teignmouth there will be live music from Thick as Theives and Wired with trade stands and the spectacle of over 1000 bikes parked up (fingers crossed!) This event helps raise awareness and funds for Devon to keep it's 2 Air Ambulances flying, an essential service.

Please see www.daat.org for further details.

I myself have a limited biker background having owned a Honda NSR 125 several years ago....fantastic until it stopped working and I ran out of money to fix it! Sadly I now have to rely on 4 wheels for fun. Will never forget a pillion ride on the back of GSX-R 750...

Look forward to seeing you all in Teignmouth in July!

i don't think i am going to make this as there is a good chance i will be on my way to bedford, but don't mention that to the boss

there is usually a good number of swb in attendance on this run and teignmouth is the best place to end a run.
