I picked up some cracking merino wool base layers from Aldi last time they had their cycling stuff on offer. Whilst they were made for cycling, they worked well on the bike too.

Sadly in January whilst cycling to work, I got hit up the arse by a double decker bus. I was knocked unconscious and when I came around the Paramedics had already scissored my kit off. Oh well, you win some, you lose some!

Dangerous shit that cycling lark.

Just ensure that your claim against the bus company's insurance included another set.....
