looked at the menu do we need to book our choices before and how many days before ?

You need to make your choice and then put it up on the list.
This needs to be done by

Feb 10th please.

They have said that if we get over a certain Number of people going along then we would have to go from the party menu.
I think the number is 15 from memory.
