Depends how big your wang is I guess ... if it goes on 100mg as an average so thats 100mg for a guy with 6 1/2" then I only need 15.38mg ... which means a cheap night out for me LOL

This thread is getting very worrying.

To start with i thought she wanted her anal sorted or should i say anus, i don't know anyhow then realized the poor maid is desperate and only getting it once a year. Then noticed i'm communicating with a load of dirty old men who have to use VIAGRA to get it up and keep it there. What i don't understand is what really is the problem. Getting it up or keeping it up. Eithier way do they really work and what do you recommmend and what price. I'm desperate.

OMG do they work, what a Question. I used one once before and had to hold it down going to work FOR NEARLY 2 BLOODY DAYS

Mind you, you must swallow them quickly otherwise you get a stiff neck
