Oh yes, its a big crime. I have been done for plate twice, and my can, all in the space of a week, at the same time roughly, both after leaving dodgy's house. The dodgy bast*ard has probably set me up!
But my can doesnt even say not for road use. Fu*ckers the lot of them.
Oh and there is now a blue un-marked speed camera van, Dodgy took a pic and will show you all, it was parked outside his missus house. So be careful

Sorry but u get no sympathy for this one.
Everyone know the law regarding plates and cans - if u chose to ignore then fiar enough but you can't blatantly ignore thw law then complain when u get caught.
As for what the police should be doing instead, i agree its a pretty pathetic use of police time but a traffic cop would not be dealing with an armed robbery instead - they are TRAFFIC police. The size of number plates is strictly defined so that they can be easily read because if someone was unable to read your number plate u could easily get away with other more serious crimes.
Of course it'd be different if i'd been caught

Umm I'm not sure of the name of the road, but its the road with DHS for Girls on, say you come past the petrol station (texaco) opposite Argyle and go past the girls school, and then there is a speed camera further down, by the traffic lights, it was almost opposite that in the bus stop, with a cop car sat up the road tucked away, nicking the speeding cars.frank wrote:Where about is his missus house then Tom ?? I know what you mean, but its not just the plate, they then proceed to claim the bike has been seen racing round town this evening, and reported as being dangerous (When it was actually parked in Dodgy's garage all night). Also I have had, we have reports of a similar bike being stolen. I'm sorry but, my bike is rare as f*ck. Infact so rare its one of a kind.andrew wrote:Sorry but u get no sympathy for this one.

They make you feel like a big criminal when all you did was added a boarder and cut an inch off your plate to make it look neater. But I will take the £30 fine, but not all the b*llshit they give me.

Don't take sh*t next time your pulled, they cannot do that at the side of the road so take it for the plate, its your fault, but refuse any crap for other stuff they are using to get their figures up.Tom wrote:But my can doesnt even say not for road use. Fu*ckers the lot of them.
