It was a great send off for Frank and he would have been amazed at the sight of us in convoy riding into Cornwall.

Yip, well done to all those who made it a special day. Thoughts and thanks to Franks family who allowed us to share their grief and express our own for a great man gone.

What can I say!!!!, the sight of 44 bikes in my mirrors yesterday was an awesome sight, everyone made the day special and just seeing you all sitting there as I made my tribute was brilliant (well maybe just a bit scary too), I feel honoured to be part of this forum and priveliged to have known Frank, what a special person he was and how lucky we are that his personality touched us all in some way....

well done to K8 and Jay for making their tributes, I KNOW how hard that was.

The service was lovely and Jane and Emily's tributes were absolutely wonderful.

Thank you Jane for allowing us to share your grief with us

Well done all,

I'm sure Frank would have been proud of you all.

That is a church I pass quite a lot as it's a popular route and I will give him a nod as I would anyother rider.

We did the man proud. Didn't go to the pub afterwards as I would have got upset. Have finally de-frosted.

A MESSAGE FROM JANE

I wonder if you could just let everyone know how much their presence yesterday really touched my heart. I can't explain in words how it felt when I looked up and saw everyone there and felt the spirit in the church and to know the impact that one person can have.

It was so good for his family to know that he was such a loved and respected man and I know that has helped them very much.

Thank you, once again, for all that you have done and for all your support.

Jane x

It was an amazing sight to see all the bikes turn up at the tamar bridge and credit to those who travelled long distances.

As we headed towards the church the sight of all the bikes was awesome, we were grateful the police were on hand to stop the traffic to allow us to carry straight on.

The service was excellent and well done to those who said their chosen words, it was marvelous of Franks parents to travel all the way down from Liverpool, they had started travelling down at 6am that morning, it must have been hard for them to go through it twice, Franks mum was very impressed with everybody coming, it meant alot to her.

Frank would have been overwhelmed with all the response and so proud.

Thanks to the site, Frank was one of the first members I met and I was honoured to have met a special person and later on he was to become a good friend.

He will always be remembered...
