A New biker soon on the road

Post by Carlos1 »

Hey guys...
Soon to get my first bike. Offered Funkalicious a buyout for his Lovely Cbr 125. Hopefully will get it.

Really looking forward to getting on the road. Gonna have to take it really easy as this is my first bike and it has gears:S i have no idea how to use them but i have a big drive way so gonna have to spend some hours learning.

Can anyone link me a good website for buying bike stuff like Helmets and cloths. Been trying to find one and there all american.

When i finnaly got the hang of these dam gears ill come out on one of your bike rides and get to meet you all:)

Hi asnd congrats. As regards clothes, helmet etc you are better off going to a few dealers and actually trying stuff on and inspecting it properly, order over the web and you might not get quite what you expected.

hi mate and welcome to the site!

have to agree with the others - you need to get yourself down the shops and try loads of kit on - even if you dont buy anthing at least you'll get all your sizes noted down so you can order on line...

but beware sizes do vary a great deal between makes especially helmets...

see you for a ride soon... :D
