Just another tip you might find useful IF you plan to store away your leathers this winter.
Apply a little 3-in-1 oil to the runner of metal zips, in your garments, to stop them from rusting out, (if they're stored in out buildings/garages.)
I have had loads of people needing to have ALL their metal zips replaced for this reason alone!

Some good advice in there
I use (and have for many years) this stuff http://www.renapur.com/
I use it on the bike leathers/boots, our sofa's, and the car seats - both the cleaner and the wax polish and can recommend it for all.
On the three occasions liquid (wine, lemonade, and something from a sleeping 2yr old
) has been spilt on our sofa's immediate application of this has meant no tell-tale stains
On the bike leathers you can actally see the water bead on the surface.

Of all the things I have ever lost, I miss my mind the most .....
Handle stressful situations like a dog - If you can't eat it or play with it, pee on it and walk away

Got to agree with Moose. Got some last year at Exeter Bike Show and it is the dogs danglies. Boots have never leaked and my tired old leathers are looking as good as new. I have to say though, it is a lot at £10 a throw but having said that, how much ofr new boots and leather trousers cos your old stuff wasn't up to the job. Get some , you'll never look back.
BTW Happy New Year one and all, keep it upright and enjoy your bikes and your riding, after all, isn't that what it's all about????
